How to use Hushd Avera

The device is designed to be used overnight by putting it in the mouth while sleeping. We recommend starting with the Upper arch and Lower 1 (L1) arch.

Before commencing use, the arches will need to be moulded to the shape of the teeth. This is done by submerging the arches in hot water and then fitting them inside the mouth while they are mailable, as per instructions.
