He has a wealth of experience in creating business development processes in sleep businesses and is passionate about assisting companies achieve great success in the field.

Greg is one of the founding directors of Good Sleep Co. Greg transfers his 20 years’ experience in the healthcare industry to bring Good Sleep Co products to life. Greg works with key partners, including multinational businesses and corporate clinic groups, to improve access to Good Sleep Co products. Greg is an integral leader of the design team for all the Good Sleep Co products and has a strong focus on the patient experience throughout the treatment lifecycle.

Followed through by the sale to the biggest Dental company in the world.

Alwin joined Good Sleep Co as a director in 2022. He brings with him a wealth of experience in the delivery of high quality, custom made, dental appliances. As a long-term executive of a publicly listed company, Alwin provides powerful insight and leadership in the business. Alwin drives innovation and performance through leveraging cutting-edge technology to achieve best in class patient outcomes

A former lawyer and computer scientist, Alwin joined the dental industry in 2005 at a time when digital dentistry was in its infancy. Since then, he became a leading expert and was responsible for technology deployment at one of the largest dental labs in the world. During his term as Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer at Modern Dental Group (HKEX: 3600), he has built and managed labs and milling centres from as small as 5 persons to as big as 3,000. And now, as Founder and CEO of Axon Dental Solutions, he is using this knowledge to help dental labs achieve their full potential.
