Black Friday 2026 offer terms

Offers run from 9 to 28 November 2026. All times below are Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT, UTC+11).

These terms apply to purchases from goodsleepco.health. They explain the Black Friday VIP sign-up, early-bird and Black Friday offers. VIP sign-up opens on 9 November.

1. Promoter

2. Offer periods

The VIP early-bird offer ends when its 200-use limit is reached or at the scheduled end, whichever happens first. Each store has its own 200-order allocation. This is an order limit, not a limit of 200 devices. No early-bird discount is promised after the allocation ends.

3. VIP and new-customer eligibility

A VIP is a person in Good Sleep Co’s CRM with an email address, including newsletter sign-ups and people who have booked an appointment, or a person who joins the VIP list during the sign-up period. The VIP list closes at the end of 15 November in this market’s time zone. The early-bird code is sent to VIPs by email or text.

The early-bird offer is for new customers only: customers with no previous orders in the regional store where they redeem the offer. It is limited to one use per customer. A sign-up, appointment or received code does not reserve an order, establish stock availability or guarantee eligibility. Shopify verifies redemption eligibility and the usage limit at checkout.

The Black Friday offer is available to new and existing customers. All offers are subject to product availability.

4. Included products and exclusions

Only the standard Hushd Avera product is included. Hushd Pro Avera and other Pro products, Cleaner + Whitener, sleep tests, subscriptions, consultations, clinic sales, fittings and other services are excluded. An order containing other products receives the discount only on its eligible Hushd Avera items.

5. Redemption and combinations

Enter the relevant code at checkout during its offer period, or use the offer button on the VIP page. Check that the discount appears before placing your order. Each code is valid only in the store and period for which it is offered.

These promotions cannot be combined with other product or order discounts, including welcome, partner or coach codes, or with free-gift offers. A qualifying shipping discount may still apply. Codes do not reduce shipping charges or taxes except as reflected by the checkout’s normal calculation. Standard shipping conditions apply.

Two Avera devices purchased with a Black Friday code do not include free Cleaners. Cleaners deliberately kept in your cart are charged at the price displayed at checkout. Review existing carts carefully: applying a Black Friday code can replace a previous free-gift discount. The VIP page offers a keep-or-remove choice for existing one-time Cleaner lines before its offer button applies a code.

6. Pricing, availability and delivery

The advertised percentage is calculated from the genuine selling price of the eligible product, with the final saving and any rounding shown at checkout. Product prices are not increased to create the discount. Prices on this regional store are in AUD. No live remaining-order or stock countdown is promised.

All offers are while stocks last. The early-bird usage count may take time to appear on the website; checkout is the final confirmation of availability. Normal dispatch and delivery estimates apply under our shipping policy. No special holiday delivery date or delivery cut-off is promised for this promotion.

7. Returns and consumer rights

The promotion does not remove or limit your rights under applicable consumer law. Hushd Avera’s existing 14-night money-back guarantee runs from delivery and continues to apply to eligible promotional purchases, including a device that has been moulded or worn. Customer return postage applies except for confirmed faulty items. Read the refund policy for the returns process. Your rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees, are not affected.

8. Privacy and marketing choices

Your details are handled under our privacy policy. VIP eligibility and marketing consent are separate. Existing CRM membership does not automatically subscribe or re-subscribe you to email or text marketing. The sign-up form provides clear email and separate optional SMS choices. A mobile number or SMS consent is not required for VIP eligibility.

We respect unsubscribes and channel-specific suppression. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe method; marketing texts include opt-out instructions. Your consent is not a condition of purchase.

9. Changes and other terms

Good Sleep Co may amend or end a promotion only as permitted by law, without limiting rights attached to completed orders or statutory consumer guarantees. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Our terms of service also apply.
